TERMS OF USE FOR NEGOCIOPRO

Welcome to NegocioPro (the "Service"). By accessing or using our WhatsApp-based business assistant platform, you (“User” or “Contractor”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service NegocioPro provides a automated, WhatsApp-first business administration assistant designed to help small businesses draft customer estimates, invoices, and communications. NegocioPro is not a financial intermediary, bank, payment processor, or licensed accounting/tax advisory firm . All generated reports and documents are for informational purposes only.
2. Prepaid Balance, Consumables, and Billing * A-La-Carte Structure: The Service operates primarily on a usage-based, prepaid balance model. Users top up their account balance via secure third-party links (e.g., Stripe). * Deductions: Your prepaid balance will be charged automatically upon final generation/approval of a document (estimates, invoices, revisions, or messaging sessions).
No Refunds: Prepaid balances are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. If your balance reaches zero, service workflows will pause until funds are added.
3. Third-Party Platform Dependency (WhatsApp/Meta) The Service is entirely delivered through WhatsApp. Your use of NegocioPro is strictly subject to compliance with Meta/WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. NegocioPro is not liable for service interruptions, account bans, or data transmission failures caused directly by WhatsApp or Meta platforms.
4. Accuracy of AI Translations & Drafts NegocioPro utilizes automated rules and narrow AI language models to translate Spanish input into English business communications. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and manually sending all communications and documents to your customers . NegocioPro does not directly communicate with your clients and is not responsible for errors, pricing discrepancies, or misunderstandings resulting from automated translations or text generation.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, NegocioPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business disputes with your clients, uncollected invoices, or tax/compliance penalties. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
