DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
At NegocioPro, you retain full ownership of your business data. If you wish to permanently close your account and remove your information from our systems, please follow these steps:
1. Via WhatsApp: Open your NegocioPro WhatsApp chat, navigate to the App Admin menu, and select "Request Account Deletion". 2. Via Email: Send an email from your registered business email address to support@negociopro.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your full name and the business phone number associated with your WhatsApp account.
What Happens Next: Upon receiving your verified request, NegocioPro will permanently delete your user profile, customer picker records, account balances, and historical generated PDFs (invoices, estimates, and reports) from our active storage databases within thirty (30) days. Please note that certain transactional metadata may be retained for legally mandated periods to comply with tax, fraud prevention, or financial regulatory requirements.
