Information We Collect * User Profile Data: Business name, owner name, phone number, service area, and optional details provided during registration. * Conversational & Transaction Data: Text descriptions, audio voice notes, images, and inputs you upload to WhatsApp to create invoices or estimates. * End-Customer Data: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and transaction histories provided by you to populate documents.
2. How We Use Data We use the collected data strictly to operate, maintain, and execute the automated business workflows requested by you (such as translating text and formatting PDF documents). We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business transaction data or your customers' contact information to third parties.
3. Data Isolation and Security We implement tenant isolation protocols to ensure your customers, invoices, and balance details are securely separated from other businesses using our platform. Generated business documents are stored securely using encrypted blob storage requiring authenticated access.
4. Third-Party Processors Data is processed using secure cloud infrastructure, AI translation APIs, and secure payment processing networks (such as Stripe). These partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
